Yeah, serious about drinking, Keg party's, chasing girls, etc... College is a time of experimenting, and trying to figure out what you want to be, not serious relationships

in terms of relationship? hard to tell. some might, some might not. but most guys would get serious when they're about 20-30 years old. some could go to 50 too.
