Human Rights Org. can't even recognize Hezbollah is a terrorist group which hides among the Lebanese civilians, and you want them to have more lawful authority? PLEASE!! Next you'll be wanting them to say who's the good guys and bad guys and have the world take their word on it. Turning them loose in the legal community such as the world courts would be dangerous at best
