there are so many words and phrases that make us as Americans look bad. all types of people use these meaningless words and phrases. i would choose f_u_c_k or f_u_c_k you because some other words and phrases make a little since but this word and phrase doesn't. when it is said it almost has dirtiness that comes with it. another reason is because i could not example to my 6 year old son what it meant. i talk openly with him about issues and behaviors but i could not example this. the other words or bad but this word can have so many meanings which are all negative that i would erase it from peoples vocabularies and memories.....
thanks for the great question

I would DEFINITELY have to eradicate the HELL out of "macking". You know, "slang" for kissing? I HAAAAAATE that one so much. I hear it and immediately fly into a wild internal panic. I then feel the overwhelming compulsion to jam screwdrivers either into my own ears or up the offender's nostrils.

That's how much I hate "macking".

The phrase, . . . "or whatever." My daughter can't seem to communicate without it. She'll plug it into every sentence she utters at least twice. I once over heard her talking to one of her friends on the phone and her remark was, "Wow, whatever, you know, awesome, or whatever. It drives me nuts, or whatever!

I would remove the phrase bling. Now that target and our grandparents are using it, it means nothing.

I would probably go with 'You know'....... I sometimes will count all the 'you knows' in someones talk, and miss what they were saying.

"That's Sick" just drives me crazy. I'd rather use that's tight or sweet. But sick, just annoying! I guess I'm getting old.
