You can go to Best Buy or some electronics store and ask them if they have a disc doctor you can buy. They usually cost about 20 to 30 bucks.

I was going to say Chap Stick. You put a small amount on the scratch, and rub it in with a SOFT cloth, once you are done playing the game it should be OK to leave the Chap Stick on it. I do this all the time with CD's, so I don't know why it wouldn't work.

Simply spread peanut butter over the shiny side and wash it off with soap and water. If it still smells like peanut butter, that's okay.
I know it sounds crazy, but it works. I got the idea from GameStop, a new/used video game store, and I used it on a scratched-up Dreamcast game, and it worked.

use. tooth paste. not that minty stuff you find in those tubes. i mean the yellow/white toothpaste found on your teeth. (take your finger, scratch on your teeth. that yellow gunk you see on your fingernail. that's the toothpaste you use to clean off your videogame)
