Every day my cell phone rings with a call from 800-863-0358. When I answer there's no one there. I called the number back and it just rings. Does anyone know who owns the number? Please don't tell me where to look it up. I've tried and I can't find it. If you can find it, just tell me what the number is.

I used the AT&T 800 number Yellow Pages and did a reverse search. There is no listing for this number. I also tried calling it as you did and it also rang off the hook. You might want to call the 800 operator and report this.

Try contacting the FCC. They have a website, and it's possible this is a telemarketing call... If they're calling your cell it's illegal. Call the FCC and file a complaint. Odds are if there's "something rotten in Denmark," other people will be filing complaints on the number as well. The FCC can direct you to other people and places to contact, such as your state's Attorney General, etc.

Well...most 1-800 numbers are telemarketers...

Thank you for posting this questions, as I have been getting several phone calls a day from this phone number, all hanging up. Thanks to all who answered...at least now I know who it is, and I wish I knew the means to file harassment charges! :0
