Personally I prefer
"It's not fascism when we do it"
as the Republican Party motto
as witnessed in the wonderful patriotic poster in my link

What "vote for us or die" slogan?
Are you criticizing the fact that the Republicans support an active and attacking defense against terrorism, because 9/11 was the culmination and the visible failure of the policies of doing nothing, appeasement and running away?
Or is this fiction of yours based on the fact that the majority of Americans actually understand that the Republicans are seemingly the only ones who would do what was necessary to prevent a recurrence of 9/11?
They watch as the Democrats and their supporters undermine the War, expose important secret programs to find and identify terrorists, who advocate a Neville Chamberlain Munich Accords 'peace at any price' policy. They look at what happened in CT and see that the lunatic fringe has commandeered the Democrat party.
And you think they will trust the Democrats with their lives? Good luck with that! LOL!

Well, sadly that slogan worked quite well for them in the 2004 election, and we're certain to see quite a bit of it in the next couple of months leading up to the critical off-term elections this November (Don't forget about that election! If the Republicans retain control of the Congress it won't matter much who replaces Bush in 2008!).
I never thought I'd see this country show such cowardice. I'm proud to live in a "Blue State" - but embarrassed to live in a country with so many yellow states.

Uh, lets see. That means the majority has a 100 percent rule over the minority, and can stomp on their rights all they want.
This degrades the integrity of the Bill of Rights, and is downright condtradictory to Liberal Democracy. If that was true, then it would fall down to a Pure Democracy, where majority rules and the minorities rights are not protected.
Pure democracy, agreed on by most if not all philosophers, is one of the worst form of governments. It is one step above anarchy. Aristotle put it above Tyrrany(Rule of one) and Oligarchy(Rule of wealthy).
