If there's a marine park near you, you could try getting a job as an intern if you're a teenager. For a full-time job you'll probably need at least a BS in Marine Biology.

Here's some info from Sea World:

Associate Trainer
Posting: 277
Park: Sea World Orlando
Type: Seasonal

Description:
•• Must be SCUBA and CPR certified. • Must be able to pass a highly competitive swim test. • Must have a minimum of one year marine mammal/bird training experience and a basic understanding of the application of Operant Conditioning. • Must be able to work a flexible schedule with full availability. • A college degree in psychology or marine sciences is preferred. • Responsibilities include assisting the Animal Training staff in providing proper nutrition, appropriate and sanitary living conditions and constant care for the marine mammals.

Since the person would be working with exotic animals, which are inherently dangerous, they would have to be an adult--over 18. There isn't any other age requirement. So if you are a real go getter and have your BA and a year of experiece training and your scuba and CPR certificates you should be able to get a job there at 18. I don't think many 18 yr olds will have all that, but if you do your probably a genius and they'd be glad to have you!
