Put a quarter of an inch of honey and the same amount of apple cider honey into a warm glass of water. Stir. Gargle way back in your throat. It works, immediately! You can do this three or four times a day if you need to, but you'll be amazed at the success of just one gargle.

I've used this for many years, and it has never failed me.

I've heard that gargling peroxide for a minute or two helps. It's safe to put in your mouth, it even says so on the bottle. And it doesn't really have a taste, so it's not horrible to do.

Keep it wet. Cough drops, peppermints, honey tea, orange juice. My preference is OJ it helps the pain, and helps heal.
