yes i think so. i think windows has a system restore program or something like that that lets you go back to a certain date, neglecting any changes from that date to the present. or you could try norton system recovery.

just because u erase the data its still there all u have done to the area that the data was in when u hit delete key is mark that space as being open and until u write over it which one never really does get the chance to do this cause every time u reformat disc it starts in a new area to rewrite all data not in the same area...picture this the disc is a platter with tiny holes being punched into it by a couple or single tiny magnetic needles and that what the data is .....\

yes it can. deleting from the trash just frees up the space it is using, but until another file overwrites it, the file is still there. There are any number of programs that you can get to do a secure delete.

it's possible if u have data retrieval tools like Tuneup 2006(latest) installed, it might not be possible to retrieve the data after u delete the file and then try 2 restore it.

There might be a chance...try some retrieval tool...its there on net...before that try not to manipulated files on that drive...and hope the system page files does not do anything to it..

yes with computer programs that cost a bit. How do you think the government always get records in cases they are prosecuting andthing on your computer is never gone unless you take a magnet to your hard drive.
