Does this particular fish have a huge fan like tail wider than the body? that's the male and if he's behaving pretty good .. eating .. swimmin about .. no excessive fast breathing then he's fine
The other look would be the female guppy being MUCH bigger than the male .. she may simply have that gene color in her and as long as you are feeding her pretty good 'n she's not scratching herself against the gravel (not talkin bout when they sleep on gravel) and if she's not stressed then it's all good but don't over feed her just because of her size!
Other than that check all the water conditions .. ph ... ammonia .. etc etc

It's probably a feeder guppy meant as a meal for other fish. They usually aren't colorful since they are just food, unlike fancy guppies. Or you could have a really dull fancy female even though they usually have a burst of color on their fins.

your guppy fish is most likely a female. normally only the males are full of colour!! the females have smaller fins, and your can tell by the fin under its belly. the males have long thin tube like fins there thats are used for mating.
you may also not have a fancy guppy, they are more boring when it comes to colour too.

do you happen to know what species of guppy it is? Some types of guppies aren't colorful.
If its a typical fish store "fancy guppy," the others are right, its probably a female fish.

That's the color they are. If you want a colorful guppy get a male.
Get rid of the female first, otherwise you'll have more guppies than you'll know what to do with.
