I always say that I wish STUPIDITY was a crime. Lord knows we have enough of it in this universe! I sure would have a lot less people aggravating me if that were the case!

I think it should be a crime for legislators to continue making laws they can't enforce. You'd be surprised how many laws are already on the books that just aren't enforced. Some of the answers you've already received are already crimes in certain places in this country (such as talking on a phone while driving and threatening to kill someone!)
For example perjury is a crime, but at most it usually only "hurts your case" in rare captial criminal trials, while in most court cases it is not even used against you even when substantial proof has been provided to the court that perjury has been committed!
