WV is a great place for summer activities. I've been horseback riding in the mountains and white water rafting. Lots of outdoor stuff to do, but not much else. Fayetteville, WV is a place to look into.

If you like to snow ski go to Snowshoe Mountain. In the summer months, the mountain is used for mountain biking. The link is below.
