According to mycomicshop.com, a near mint first issue is only 2 dollars. But hold onto it. That and his first appearance (Amazing Spider-Man Annual #22) might go up in value after the Civil War.

Not much. The character was not successful or popular (nobody wants them) and so many were printed that if you did there are hundreds available.

Put it in a bag, seal it up and give it to your first grandchild (how many years from now). By then it might have some value just due to the age. But today, it is worthless.
