Currently there's no way to anti-alias fonts utilizing CSS alone.

There is, however, Mike Davidson's excellent Scalable Inman Flash Replacement, otherwise known as sIFR: http://www.mikeindustries.com/sifr/

This technique uses a combination of javascript, flash and css to render fonts just the way you want them. It's very cool and I've used it on a number of sites. If you've never messed around with javascript it might be a bit difficult, but there's a good wiki on getting started here: http://wiki.novemberborn.net/sifr/

Use an image.

Or use a Mac browser.

But no, there is no specification for antialiasing in the CSS format.
