That is something great. It is real good you are doing things like this in order to help instead of wasting your life. If I was you go to NFL.com it program they have and I think it is called NFL helps.
Good job and I hope you can make it to your goal.

Do jobless youths want help sportswise? In my experience they usually do not! But if you have done your research then I suggest you look into companies which have a community fund or similar - you need to target companies which are up for giving back to the community. You probably need to have set yourself up as a registered charity also.

What country are you from?
If you're from the UK, go to your local authority sports development department-they are professionals in sports development and so will be able to direct you to the relevant people if they cannot help you.
I work in sports development myself, but without knowing what it is you want to do/have planned, I can't really help you. You need to go to your local authority (or County Sports Partnership/Regional Sports Partnership) and tell them if you have a programme you are putting together or want to get involved in anything they run. They will be able to tell you about your options for securing external funding, or about programmes they run that you might be able to get involved in.
More likely than not they won't be running anything specifically targeted at jobless youths, but they will be able to put you in contacts with organisations who work with jobless youths, such as New Deal for Communities in England, Streetleague in England, and NACRO in the UK. They will all have their own programmes aimed at social and community development and economic regeneration and you might be able to link in with what they are doing.
If you live in the UK and want to discuss this further, feel free to email me.

corperate sponsers are usually the best idea. are you part of a program, or are you trying to start one? go to local stores and businesses and talk to managers, offer to put their names on team shirts or whatever. make sure you have a really good pitch when you go in, point out how it's really good PR.
