I think I might have pulled a tendon. I wrecked on a dirtbike this weekend and now my left leg had a tendon constantly pulled out and it hirts to bend it and it hurts to touch it. I overjumped a 40 foot double by like 30 feet. I did not realize how small the jump was, and I am used to big jumps. So what does it feel like to pull a tendon? It feels like that muscle or whatever is sticking out is loose.

first its hard to get your hands on one to give it a pull. I did that once only i cut mine. you need to get it fixed it will not heal. they have to sew it back together. Look at a chicken leg stick your finger in there that's what you tore. The white thing that attaches to the bone there

thats what it feels like.

its not pleasant.

go to the doctor and get xrayed. it could be that you have broken a smaller bone and that needs to get taken care of.
