Well it is hard to say. As we all know since ages India had been an example of non violenct attitude to both internal and external matters. That is why the Indian government is trying to settle the terrorism dispute through negotiations with the concerned state(s). But whether that would help is the question. Also, I firmly believe that many other developed countries are behind these terrorist activities making it even more colplex and dofficult. As a result only India's will or efforts might not be enough to put an end to this.

Yes it can be confronted. It must be confronted.

What has happened in India is over 1000 years and has had too many attacking forces.

The problem with INdia is everyone wanted to attack it and destroy hindu ways because they are dissimilar to other religious beliefs. Islam has wanted control over this country and people for a very long time and then the british came and milked the country dry. Then came the outside major powers who started supporting Pakistan which is a stolen part of india, by islam.

When India has to deal with outside forces and then forces from within, it is an exhausting battle. Most people dont even know how to think as their thinking has been forcefully changed by the violators. The problem is huge.

Most times the politicians are blamed for internal problems. And the outside world uses money and power to create havoc. The british have left the country poor and the islamists keep on using their whip on the hindus. Even a country like Japan has tried to attack India. The problem is enormous.

Major hindu religious trends have been destroyed and islam and christianity impose their presence in hindu society with huge mosques and churches bribing the poor people with gifts etc.

It is a very cold hard battle and now we have this mixed up society in the world that is coming about which will, if allowed to come into india, finally kill hinduism.

The hindus are waking up to the truth. But what they will do is up to them. Is religion important compared to this very sexy western influence with not much importance to morality or pride in living.

If we have so many unpatriotic ministers who are more worried about the muslim interests all the time and their patrons "Pakistan's ISI", then no way we can confront terrorism. They are ready to sell their country for anything.
To have meaningful confrontation, Hindus have to be united. And Hindus have been a divided lot on caste lines since centuries and thats why others could rule upon them. And this is not changing and is not going to change soon.
The poor Hiindus may get converted to either Islam or Christiniaty over a period of time.
Same age old rule, the stronger wins. Muslims and Christians are organized religions and have lot of money to fund conversions and to promote their faith. Hindus do not have oil money like muslims nor they are united to present a solid population block to call it a force to reckon with.
So what do you think....
