Chris Jericho's contract with the WWE expired last summer & after 15 years said he was mentally burnt out & no longer challenged by the wrestling business, but he said he's not done with wrestling or the WWE & may return in some future time. On his offical website he has said he's been touring with his band Fozzy, hosting a show on XM Satillite Radio titled "The Rock of Jerhico", making regular guest appearances on TV shows, including VH1's "Best Week Ever", & some acting. Last December, Jericho signed a deal to write his memoirs titled "A Lion's Tale".

well originally he left to build up his band, when he relised they suck, he took some time off then he did a play in Toronto, he made an appereance on a show that came on the sci-fi channel and now he's going in a reality show kinda like dancing with the stars but they sing.
He's like the rock he relised now that he's famous he dosnt need to put his body on the line every day. he might be back but probley not

I love Chris Jericho. I hope he comes back.
I think it was an "I Quit" match between him and John Cena. He lost.

He quit wrestling to continue a fulltime career in his band "Fozzy".....
As for the WWE storyline, he lost a match to John Cena in a "you are fired" match.....
I hope he comes back... He was one the best wrestlers and was very good in mic....

He is going to be on a new realality show called celeberty duets. He also has his own radio show. But I do hear he is coming back to smackdown

He got "fired" in a loser leaves raw match with cena and he lost. he didnt want to resign with the wwe so the wwe made a loser leaves raw match so he could leave with style

He's now concentrating more on his acting & singing career. Hope he goes to TNA he would be treated better there in my opinion.
