The great thing about Avon is there are no quota's and you dont have to sell a minium or anything each campaign to keep your avon status. If you dont recieve any orders then its fine, but you have to at least order your books, which you need anyways. Things happen to where people wont place an order and Avon understands this. If you are interested in starting with avon feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns you may have. I will be more than happy to help you.

The good thing about being an Avon Rep is that you don't have to put a whole lot of effort into your selling. The Avon products virtually sell themselves...........they are GREAT products and they are very reasonably priced. The answer to your question is NO you do not have to sell something out of every booklet, but YES you do have to submit an order every campaign to be sure you don't miss any books.

Also I do not agree with one of the replies. Avon does not limit your income. You are able to make as much money as you want. Your profits are based upon your sales.........the more you sell the more profit you make. Avon does NOT cap your earnings and tell you that you can only sell so much and make so much profit. As the old saying says: "The more you put into your business, the more you'll get out of it." Hope this helps!

I used to be the one who would call up the Avon lady and tell her everything I wanted and wait eagerly for the stuff to come in - and the lady would always take her sweet time getting here! So one day, the opportunity arose for me to sign up for Avon - I vowed that as soon as I got the shipment, i'd be right on my customer's doors giving them good service and awesome product, and in return, making a bunch of money - or so I thought!

If you ask me, PLEASE, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ON AVON!!! I only recently signed up for Avon, and I got cheated of my money. The lady who was helping me put my orders in put them in late, so i was charged a $7 late fee, and on top of that, the price of the items went up tremendously. So I was about $20 in the hole from that campaign. So I decided to give it another try - I sold about $35 worth of stuff to my mom. It says in the booklet that if you sell $25 worth of stuff, you should earn around $5, or even better, when you first sign up, you earn 50% of what you sell for the first 4 campaigns. And guess what - I looked at my Avon account online, and I can tell you - I didn't make a single cent. So they really ****** me out of my money. The last thing I did was send them an email to delete my account. I did that about 4 times, and every time I did it, they would ask me to "please reconsider my request". So i'm still trying to get my **** deleted, and i'm getting more and more pissed off!

But as far as your question goes, no, you don't have to sell every issue - they'll always be tracking down your *** with emails saying that you haven't sold anything and you need to hurry up and get some orders. Not to mention you have to buy the campaigns - so if you're not selling a shitload of products, you're losing money!!! Hope you don't fall into the same craphole I did! Goodluck!

hey send me info on every detail about avon. here are all my questions about avon. I don't think I live in your area, but I do know if you refer me to some one you get money, but before you do that I want to know more about selling Avon, I don't want to go through a face to face meeting where someone tries to recruit you if you're not buying. You see I got burnt by selling Mary Kay, man were they pushy, and Mary Kay was way too expensive. I want to know what the benefits are, like how much you have to sell to get 10%, 20%, 30%, 40% and 50% after the first 4 orders. how much can books cost lowest to highest, any special discounts for intro products, trial size stuff you get the point. I also want to know how the credit stuff works with orders, and all about staying active. I also want to know about mark. If I sell mark am I guaranteed to always get 40% off all cosmetics and stuff except for the watches and accessories no matter how little or big I spend. I am a college student, and I can't afford to buy product for my shelf. also what is the policy on returns for Avon, and mark. I know that you can sell mark if you sell Avon but not the other way around. I want to buy products for myself, and so if no one orders from me and I buy something for myself I don't want to have to worry about certain active or non-active status. if I go inactive what happens? please email me at: jgamble0007@kctcs.edu

No. I am an AVON rep and I have not sold something every issue. Things happen, especially if you have children. (I have 5!!)But like others have said, it pretty much sell itself so if you get a good number of solid customers, then you'll sell every issue. In fact, alot of times, they'll call you!! It's alot of fun and I wish you luck!!

Isn't the point in being a rep is to sell things out of the magazines? If you don't want to sell out of every issue i'd not become a rep. Anyways..it's not like its hard work or anything.

No but if your wanting to make money why wouldn't you. And avon limits you by it's very nature to how much money you can make. There are better home businesses you can get into.

You have to place an order at least once every 3 campaings. If you go past three without an order, then you will no longer be active.

You don't have to order every time to get the brochures you need.

I don't want to post it here, but email me and I'll tell you.

I don't believe so the only thing you need to do is buy the booklets (I believe it's 5) every issue.
