Has it ever loaded? If not you might have to recheck your setup.
Was it working but a specific site will not load? It could be that the site itself is having a problem. Try it again later - they might have fixed their site. Maybe they are slow and you are impatient.
If it was working but now no websites can load you might have had a failure and are not reaching the Internet. Call your Internet service provider to see if they can check (could look at modem from their side or tell you what lights to look for on your modem or could tell you if there is a major failure on their end). Look at CONTROL PANEL page on computer and see if it can check your cards OK. Did you install a firewall program and maybe set it up wrong so it is shutting off access to the Internet? Check its logs and settings. Do you have anti virus software? If you do check that there is no virus interfering with Internet access. And of course check the really obvious stuff - like whether a cable is loose or out or a power plug fell out.
