I felt really moody before my first one. Kinda bipolar. I also felt dizzy and lightheaded. Tell your mom how you feel and ask her for some lighdays pantyliners. They are really really thin and they go right in your panty and you dont notice them. Just incase you start, there will be something down there to help with your confidence. Also, if you dont get it, its completly normal. Its normal to get it anywhere from 9-17 years old.

When I got mine there were no signs, just a spot of blood that showed up. You will probably have some spotting, maybe some cramps now and then. Once you have your first one, it might be a few months before you get another one. They aren't real regular to start with, but soon enough you will be able to predict when you are about to have one, both by the time of month and by the changes you feel taking place in your body.

I somewhat have undesirable heartburn too, which I in no way get (not sure regardless of if that's a symptom or not??). we've been TTC for in simple terms approximately a 12 months now and that's the 1st month i've got felt "distinctive", I in simple terms desire it rather is not all in my head. I desire you luck--the waiting sport is honestly the toughest component of all of it! toddler dirt to all!!

Well I only know two signs.
One is that your lower stomach will start to hurt more often than it usually does. There called cramps.
Then theres another one called discharge. You usually get it from six months to a year before your period. This doesn't hurt, but it is wet and uncomfortable. If you can't stand it, wear a pad or tampon. I suggest pads.

Usually, it just comes on suddenly and inconveniently, but I know I got mine a week after my nipples felt extremely sore and my stomach hurt like crazy. I was sure I had cancer for a while :-)
Best not to worry about it, unless you wear a lot of white pants, in which case, start carrying an emergency pad around.

I don't know about any signs. Maybe wear panty liners if it would make you feel safer. I think periods happen last when going through puberty, so...
