Jade maybe but not "The Todd" from Scrubs. Maybe it was that rich guy who was stalking Katie.

I'm not sure who it is. Neither Maddy, Jade, nor Will have been around when they discovered the murders,.. and Jade just isn't a very nice person. I don't think it's Will, but I can't be too sure about Maddy. After all, she did slash that girl's car seats.

Alot of the evidnce points to it being Maddy but for some reason i dont want to believe its her but i dont like Jade and it cud be her as well since she seems like that kinda person.....i hope its not Maddie tho....i like her

At first I thought it was Jade but I am beginning to think it might be the new character that they just brought in her uncle by marriage he seems a little strange

Yes, I think it's her brother-in-law. I think he raped her and now he's either trying to get her put in jail and/or kill her.
