Blind people do dream. Vision is not the only sense that constitutes a dream. Sounds, tactility, and smell become hypersensitive for the blind and their dreams are based on these senses. Blind people dream more of an auditory, tactile, and other sense modalities.

Don't know. I haven't asked one.

They might not be blind in their previous lives. I suppose they could have dreams having images they have experienced in those lives.

Furthermore, there have been stories that people can see themselves out of their bodies in near death situations. Apparently, we could see without a physical apparatus. Maybe, some blinds could perceive images in their un-conscious state.

Since they are blind in this life, they may have problem relating their dream experiences to us except in terms of other perceptions.
