Get a wife. My husband sometime wakes me in the middle of the night. There are no vitamins to decrease your desires that I have found.

Nothing you can do to control nocturnal emissions (wet dreams) if that's what you are talking about except to masturbate frequently when you are awake and you apparently think something is wrong with that. Masturbation is normal, healthy and FUN! No side effects, substantial long term mental and physical benefits. What's not to like about that? It has absolutely nothing to do with making you lose hair...and won't make you blind or crazy either! I'm 65 and have been jacking off since I was 12 and I have 20/20 corrected vision and am brilliant (just kidding about that last part!)

It sounds like nocturnal emmissions. You don't have any control over those so get used to waking up in a wet spot. Your best alternative would be to have sex or masturbate prior to sleeping.

There are no harmful effects to masturbation, so just enjoy it, it's one of the nice parts of becoming an adult.

When we're asleep, we don't really know what we're doing so there's no real way to control this. If you're young, you'll slowly stop this by yourself and don't worry...its something natural so its not harmful. It will go away by itself.
