you have to go inside the hood to access the blinker lights... there should be a bulb attached to a black circle w/ wires coming from it... turn the black base counterclockwise till it pops out... the bulb is released using the same technique, counterclockwise....the door handle will be more complicated but fairly simple,,,,,you must remove the paneling 1st....inside the door, by the handle, you should have access screws. they may be covered by small panels.. remove these w/ a flat head screwdriver.....

Start with the easy inexpensive things.

If the light does not come on for any of the outside blinker lights when you move the lever. Check all fuses

If the lights come on but won't blink,
There is also a small round flasher about the size of a golf ball that makes them blink. Some are under the dash by the drivers side, some are in the glove box.

If the little inside light comes on but none of the outside lights work, that means the outside light bulbs are worn out.

For the door handle, the door inside panel must come off to see what is broken. Maybe just a rod came off. If the handle itself is broken you can most likely get one at a salvage yard.

If you have anyone who can help you find these things it would be a big plus. Look in your car for an manual, that may help.

Good luck

If all the blinkers went out, it's probably one of two things -
a) a fuse that went bad & needs replacing, or
b) a relay that went bad
Either of these is easy & cheap to fix at a decent repair shop or your local Chevy dealer (unless you have a talented mechanical friend). Don't know about the door handle, but dealer can surly fix it.

on the fuse panel there is a " flasher" that plugs into the panel thats the first place to check. the door handle really is a easy repair almost any one could do it for you.
