IF you want the latest version 7.0 then go to http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/default.mspx If you want the earlier version 6.0 then go to http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/ie6/downloads/critical/ie6sp1/default.mspx
After you download, a popup should ask you if you want to install it. Click yes and then go through the step by step directions in the setup screen. Click next until it installs it into your computer.
It will create a shortcut for you on your desktop once youre done.

I honestly would reccomend getting firefox instead, it is much better and does not have the security issues that microsoft internet explorer has
go to www.firefox.com and download and it sets up automatically
