1. Go bra shopping with your mom.
2. Find a bra that you think is comfortable for you.
3. Try it on in the change room.
4. Buy the one that fits right.
5. Putting it on is hard, but what I do is first turn it around so that the back end faces the front.
6. Do up the clips that hold it together.
7. Twist it back around so that the back part is on the back of you.
8. Pull it up so that the bra covers them up.
8. Put your arms through the arm straps.
And now you have put on a bra!

Its all about fit and comfort. Some people put it on where the front of the bra is up against their back, so you can see the clasp in the front. Choose the hook you think will be the best fit. Afterward, spin the bra where the cups are now in the front, and pull it upward and put your arms through the straps. Make sure you adjust the straps if needed. The best thing to do would be to go to a lingerie store, like Victoria's Secret, or any department store really. They can size you for free and help you with anything you need. Good luck!

ok in 5 - 6 steps
1. tell your mom aunt sister whoever that you need some bras and ask them to take you shopping at whatever clothes store you guys pick (walmart, kmart, jcpenny.....)
2. Go into the bra section of the store and look at the bras with your mom aunt sister whoever
3. Either get fitted for a bra or ask your mom aunt sisrer whoever what size you should try then go try on whatever size that might be.... if its too small try a bigger size and if its too big try a smaller size untill you have the bra that feels most comfertable to you...... their are different kinds of bras such as pushups, sports, wire..... just try all the different kinds and find the one that fits and its comfertable to you.....
4. get a few bras that fit you and that you like (try not go too expensive) you will probably want to get 4 of them..... then go up to the checkout and pay for the bras and take them home...
5. then you take off your shirt and put the bra around your boobs and then you reach behind your back and clasp it shut and then you ajust it so the straps fit...... then you put your shirt back on and go..... your wearing a bra now......
you can get ones that clasp in the front but the ones that clasp in the back are just a good and just as easy once you get the hang of it...... and their i answered your question in 5 steps

1.first go to Conway
2. know your size cup bra size.
3.buy a bra that snaps in the front.(much easier.)
4.put it on like Ur putting on a button up shirt.
5.button it.
6. lift up the cuff of the bra to Ur chest is inside.

Yea I dont think you should wear a bra because if you needed a bra you would have already known so you probably dont have big breast and plus ask you mother

go to Dillard's in the girls section and have a girl measure you get bras you like an dtry them on
