Once you get into NJ and hit exit 6 or so on I-95 you can listen to 660am WFAN. They talk sports all day except in the morning. They also carry Mets games. WCBS 880am is all news radio but they carry Yankee games and you can hear them lose again if you want!

660 the Fan in NY, great radio station one of the best in the nation, but second to Bostons WEEI FM 103.7, Dennis and Callahan ROCK!!!!
