You can't sue unless the bus driver threatened your life or something like that. You should call the bus station and explain your situation to the manager of the city buses. If the manager refuses to listen to you, take it up with the city-they should help.

In most cases route bus drivers are only permitted to stop at designated bus stops. If the driver is refusing to do so, call the company & complain. If there is no bus stop, you can call the company or muinicipal authority if it is government owned & ask for a bus stop to be placed close to where you need it. People make these requests all the time & many of them are granted.

Call transportation services and report that guy!!! Tell them that you're going to sue for loss of wages if you can't get picked up on the bus. They may fire the guy, which is good and bad-- bad because they might take a bit of time to get a new driver. If they fail to respond, talk to your boss, who might be able to get through to the transportation people, and then to the police. Sometimes they can do something about the situation. If all else fails, get a lawyer and sue. Good luck.

Why sue at once? Before you sue you should have evidence that it is done intentionally. There's a less expensive option, call the company and make an inquiry about the places that the bus should stop and if you confirmed that the bus should is allowed to stop there. Report to the company, make a complaint.

What do you mean the bus will not stop for you? Like stop for you closer to your work, instead of where the bus stop is located? Are you having problems retrieving the bus AFTER work, and wave it down and it does not stop - rather than walking to the bus stop. I am sorry, but not a very clear question.
I think based on what you gave here is call the bus company and take it up with them with more clear detail. I know that after 9pm in our city, if you (especially a lone female) needs to get off she has the right to ask to be dropped off closer to her destination along the bus route.
pls.. and I am not critizing, but we need more information and greater detail to answer clearly.

U cant sue unless you have presentable evidence of your claim. It is the cardinal rule, not to mention it is his choice to stop or not he is not breaking any law. You can and should call the company and have him fired.

ushly if the buss dosent stop at a place its because theres not enough pepole in need of one. To make it worth the buss companys time they need a steady ammount of pepole that will make them money for a buss to be sent.
