There certainly is in the Russian Republic of Crimea, the best part is near the port of Balaklava with underwater reefs and underwater ruins of Khersoness......Stunning Diving, CHEAP accommodation and if of interest to you some of the most stunning women you will ever meet.....going back next week for the 4th time unfortunately got to take the wife
