Most HO2S (Heated O2 Sensor) Are located right on the Exhaust manifold, follow the exhaust pipe coming off the cylinder head from each port until you see a sensor with a single electrical lead coming out of it. This is the O2 sensor. This is usually called Bank #1, Bank # 2 is located near the Catalytic converter. It has been my experience that after market O2 sensors don't work well, Pick one up from the Dealer it's not much more than the aftermarket ones.

it's in the oxygen sensor, now loaction depends on which bank it's on. A V6 will have 4 oxygen sensors and a 4cylinder will have only two. Look at the code, I think you'll have like a bank 1and 2 front and a bank 1 and 2 Rear. Or you'll have 11, 12, and 21, 22.
Odd # - is usually the driver side.
Even# - is usually the passenger side.
