Actually, with some women- yes. My sister noticed that her breasts were more tender than normal and she had dull cramps- they didn't feel anything like her menstral cramps. She also noticed that she had a strong reaction to smells. It is rare that women notice these things before their missed period, but it does happen. With my sister, it was about a week and a half before her missed period.
(Not sure if she would care I'm sharing this info, but oh well!)

Everyone is different. I 'knew' I was pregnant approx 12 days before my period was due as needed to pee more, tender breasts and feeling very exhausted for no apparent reason - I HAD to nap to get through the day. So, if you are 'in tune' with your body I'd say yes!

Breast tenderness!! I think only 3 or 4 days after I concieved my breasts became very uncomfortable and tender...that was the 1st sign. The nausea came about a week later.

Not usually. Symptoms don't normally appear until the 6th or 7th week (or later!) week of pregnancy.

I always got sore, tender breasts. Much more sore than during PMS. I would do what I named the bounce test if I thought I might be pregnant. I would bounce or jog in place, and if they hurt enough to want to stop jogging or to want to hold them while jogging/bouncing I always ended up being pregnant.
