If you feel comfortable enough to go into system configuration and startup settings you can try this: Click start-->Run, type 'msconfig' without the quotes. Look for the Startup tab, click on that and look through the list for anythis that looks like the error message your getting C:/progra~1/uninst~1.DLL, IF you see it in the list, remove the check mark from the beginning of that line, re-boot to see if this solves the problem. There are many other areas that could be telling the computer to load that file, however this is the easiest place to look.

Click on start, click on run, type msconfig and hit enter. When the window pops up, goto the startup tab. Look for that entry and uncheck it. This should stop it from coming up anymore. Be aware that the first time you reboot after doing this, you will get a message stating that you are running in an altered config. Just select ok and you will be good to go.

You have a dll that is defective and not being read. This happens regularly to me. Next time it may or may not read the file. Unless it is interfering with running a program ignore it. You can Restore if it worries you.

It means you are missing a driver of some sort. That happened to me on my old computer. When you update windows, eventully the right driver will come along.

Try running CCleaner and scan for Registry issues. That will clean up your registry and probably fix the error you are receiving.

That file could be corrupted.
Do you use the Windows Update site? http://update.microsoft.com/microsoftupdate/v6/default.aspx?ln=en-us
Try it, it might fix this problem for you.
