I agree that with time the kissing fades, but I dont know that being a great cook is enough to keep relationships alive that are in trouble. Communication is key, and if your talking over a candlelight dinner, even better!

I'm not a girl, but I still felt compelled to answer.

I could care less if my wife ever cooks. After thirteen years together, it's still the love and the kisses that I live for. No kidding. She's my lover, my best friend, my partner, but not my cook. I know what you mean with your logic, it holds true in many cases, but even for this guy in his 40's, I'll take the kissing.

What a load of rubbish. I use to cook my husband, home cooked food every night, all fresh produce nothing out of a packet and he still had a flng with an old trollop. Now he's single and lives on microwave crap and seems very happy!

Good advice. I will add wear sunscreen every day and don't smoke so that you will always be able to look good. Letting oneself go is not the way to keep your man happy.

A quote from SouthPark, "Get in the kitchen bi*ch and bake me a pie!".

Sad to have to keep a man by cooking, I'm too busy to cook but I have other ways to satisfy my man!

every girl I've ever gone out with has been total crud in the kitchen but great in the bedroom... I'd rather go out with a nympho than delia smith.... I can survive on pot noodles and toast.
