I'm going for a weeks holiday in Sharm el Sheik, Egypt later this month. We're looking at 5* All Inclusive deals and there is too many hotels to choose from!
They all look lovely, and all have good reviews.
Has anyone out there been to a really good one recently?

I personally visit sharm twice a year, have been doing so for the last 8 years, nothing beats sharm el sheikh. Back to your question, I tried staying in all Sharm Hotels. If you have a good budget, the I strongly recommend the Hyatt or Movenpick.

Movenpick is not as fancy as Hyatt, but its location is great, right on Naema Bay near all the action. So you won't be needing any taxis to move around the city.

Hyatt on the other hand is around 5 kms away from the centre of the action but it is beyond amazing. The hotel, service, facilities etc are just perfect.

Whether you decide to take my recommendation or not, just try to stay in Naema bay. Finding transportation late at night can be sometimes difficult.

Enjoy Sharm

I would recommend Sofitel.
It's a five star hotel. The building has a special style. It's cozy, modern, yet has some old-style decorations.
There is a large swimming pool.
There are 3 beaches. For swimming, snorkling and diving.
The service is excellent and the food is great.
There is some kind of entertainment bands at night.
The hotel is at the end of a bay, built on a high land. So you get a great veiw from your room on the bay, with all the other hotels.
furthermore, there is a side-walk by the beach (you can also take a bike) to the bay.

I advise you to stay in any hotel that is located in Naema Bay...

I already booked in Marriott as it's the best in that area...
