Home based-business programs out there on the net are not all scams. Some may be especially if they're asking for money up front right away. There are others that will have you look at a program or look at a website and then you're contacted. Like with my home-based business, you look at a site and fill out a form, and someone will call you with another site to look at so you can be sure this is something you might be interested in.
As far as "paying" for something..... almost all home-based business have a "start up fee". Some require yearly fees and some are just a one time fee and you're always in the business. The start up fees can be something small ($50-200) and some companies charge a lot up to several thousand dollars but you're getting your money's worth because you're getting products as well.
If you're really serious about looking for something, check this one out, it's a presentation that tells about the company, if you like what you see, you fill the form out and someone will get back in touch with you right away. You just never know what might be the one for you, you just have to shop around. But a lot of these people are right, some are scams and you need to be careful. Shop around, do research and check with the BBB (Better Business Bureau).
This one is the one I was telling you about, go to

Good luck in finding that perfect opportunity for you!

Never give out card details and pay money to someone over the net if you are not entirely sure if you trust them. Its better to be safe than sorry....always use this saying when it comes to the net & money or anything else in life! Go to the bank and talk to advisors if you want to start a home business. I would say its a scam if you have to give money before you get any back...you need a website where you can greet them face to face and bring an advisor or someone along with you to make sure you are not getting scammed.

Lok at these websites. They'll give you the info you need to tell if it's a scam but remember...better safe than sorry!
