If while making love there is no protection, I am just wondering if the male fluid can flow out once the male has reached his climax.

Since you have written this under the Trying to Conceive section I am guessing that you and your partner are trying.
The answer to your question is....What does up, must come down. At some point after sex (usually a few hours) the "male fluid" does come back out of the vagina. Not all of it, but some does. But don't worry it is still possible to get pregnant. Remember all you need is one sperm to make a baby.

No, it is not a must. The female should be in such a position that the semen goes deep, and she should remain in that position for some time after the ejacuation. This increases the chances of fertilization.

It has happen b4. But not a must if the semen amount is low.

this is no guarantee that pregnancy won't occur. why take a non-protected risk. GET A CONDOM
