she does people watching and she lookes up and down people.. from toe to up to the head.. when people catch her they look at her like whats her problem.. or when a guy catches.. hmmm she must like me and give the guy the wrong impression. ive never seen people watching like that in my life is that normal or do alot of people do that?????? makes me feel uncomfortable because people look at me like im crazy because im with her..

People watching is fun, but it has nothing to do with looking people up & down from head to toe. That's too weird.

Yes it is normal, a lot of people like to observe other people. If it makes you uncomfortable ask her not to do it when you are around.
IF she agrees you may have to remind her for a while because habits are very hard to break,

People watching can be fun and fill a "I want to be like the Jones' " or not be the the "Jones' ". She may be looking for fashion dos and don ts. Ask her what her goal is and either laugh it off or join in!

sometimes it is a habbit but if u are really close to her then u should tell her in a decent, caring, loving way that i is not a good habbit if she really loves u then she would surely change her habbit
