Can anyone recommend me a good and reliable immigration specialist somewhere around Downtown, San Diego? I would also need to know roughly how much they charge per hour?!

I am an attorney in San Diego. You can get a referral from the San Diego County Bar Association - www.sdcba.org - why use someone in Nebraska that you cannot even meet before hiring?

I don't know of any in San Diego, but with immigration lawyers they can be anywhere in the U.S. and still help you. I would actually look for an immigration attorney who in not in a large city or on the East or West Coast, because they are often much more reasonable with costs and they have a broad experience. I have heard good things about Wolzen Law in Nebraska www.wolzenlaw.com. I think thier rates are under $150/hr
