try to chew your food more slowly, and then drink lotssssss of water during and after the meal. that works for me. :)

Golden rules of preventing hyperacidity are :

Avoid oily foods. (minimise the use of oil in frying)
Take small amounts of food ..but more frequently..
Dinner to be made early and the night cap may be in the form of some fruits or fruit juices.
Avoid tablets like analgesics, anti inflammatory, tablets.
Minimise coffee intake and cigarette smoking.

Previously spicy foods were blamed for inducing hyperacidity, but the present concept points towards more on oil rather than spices .
Especially the usage of used oil (in hotels) has been found to be attributing a lot to this.

'while taking meal, very first stomach air thro' mouth will come out. After that stomach no need to take more to add. Dring butter milk 50 to 100 ml as you need, use always natural food it will not more acidity.

if you found acidity use aloe vera gel 50 ml after meal with a break of one hour.

To avoid acidity after meals ,you should take non spicy foods and you should take any antacid tablet with meals.For long term protection,ranitidine tablets or omeprazol tablets can be taken.
