At first I felt sorry for Mike Wallace. He's so far down the back-side of the curve that someone should have prevented him from doing this.

Then I thought, "But he's always done these terribly biased interviews."

It was a dark day for American journalism.

Ahmadenijad is clearly talking out of both sides of his head (and maybe other parts of his body). Mike Wallace gave him a pass. In fact, it would seem that he was going out of his way to allow Ahmadenijad to seem like a reasonable man by western standards.

Very sad.

Under the right circumstances and settings, the media could've also made Hitler look sane and rational. Ahmadenjad did last October say Israel "must be wiped off the map," and also called the Holocaust a "myth." And he also said very recently that in the Middle East crisis, that "the main solution is for the elimination of the Zionist regime."

So as much as Mike Wallace was codling up to him, and it being edited so as to show him in the best light, I don't buy one second of it - why anyone would want to whitewash a madman like him, is something I'll never understand. But that's SeeBS(CBS) for ya...

That was without doubt the worst interview in 60 minutes' history -- & that's saying something! The once great MIke Wallace did not get his interview subject to answer one single question. Not a single "yes" or "no." All that Ahmadenijad did was make speeches & even "read" his letter to George Bush telling him what foreign policy the US should adopt. Wallace need not have shown up. If Wallace had a single testicle he would have got up & walked out like he used to do. So much for the Ed Murrow network.

What i spotted grow to be that each and each question grow to be fluff, Leno requested harder questions.! a good one might want to be Why did you blame republicans for AIG, even as your adminstration placed the language in the stimulus bill? Or in case you actually desire bipartisanship as you declare, why have you ever acted as between the least bipartasian presidents in cutting-aspect history? Is Geithner a failure?

No I wish i knew it was on. I know one thing. He states he is here to facilitate the return of Allah and to start the true Jihad. Not much can else he can say to change my opinion of him. He scares me. His modest lifestyle and humbling beginnings stimulates the Iranian population making him very dangerous to us and the rest of the world.

60 minutes lost their credibility with me years ago. I watch nothing produced by that show. They manipulate every thing to their agenda.
