You will recieve a speedy, public trial before an impartial jury of your peers (or before a judge if you so choose), where you will be confronted by the witnesses against you. You will either be acquited and sent free to continue the durration of your probation sentence, or you will be convicted and punished according to law. As always, you have the right to an attorney, and I highly suggest that you find one immediatly if this is the situation you're in.

Now that I've clarified the obvious, let's move on to what I'm sure you're most interested in: Will you be serving lap-dances to your 6'6", 300lb, black, cell-mate named Bubba? Answer: It depends, which is exactly why you need to speak to an attorney. It depends on the laws of your state and local jurisdiction, the crime you're serving probation for, the new crime you're being accused of, and the attitude and mood of the Judge who will decide. Once again, I highly reccomend that you speak to a licensed attorney in your state.

Your probation will be revoked and you will go to the big house with the big boys.

Or course this is dependent on what you got arrested for. Petty arrest, you'll get more probation, major arrest, see above.

What were the terms of your probation? Getting arrested I'm sure was one of the activities you were not allowed. Hope you like stripes.

Have time to meet new friends and find a pen pal. Hello.... probation and breaking the law = jail time. Better consider what you want in life and work toward it.

You could spend the rest of your probation time in jail, plus extra time added for a criminal infraction. You do the math on this one!

You will go to jail but you will get a bond and get back out again. Call your lawyer and see whats up. If you were arrested for a minor infraction they may give you a pass.
