I am a visual and analytical person and supposedly math isn't used that much like in General Chemistry nor Inorganic Chemistry. Some people tell me is the easiest class of all the Chemistry classes and other tells me is the worst.

I am not a numerical person and I have had trouble with the past classes Chem classes but I passed them.

Being a visual person do you think is going to be better for me?

Could you tell me something I don't know lol?

Have you taken the class? Was it easy for you as a person not so good at math?

Study in a group and the memorization becomes more like a game. This was the advice of Prof. Pelham Wilder who taught "orgo" at Duke for many years. He said his observation of students was that this approach was consistently successful. It works. I'd also suggest investing in one of the inexpensive model kits to help visualize the molecules you are learning about.

Organic isn't about math. It is more like geometry as opposed to algebra.

I were given a good A+ my first semester, and a B the 2d semester. What you want to do is make flashcards for each of the reactions, mechanisms, recommendations, and nomenclature. go over the playing cards, be particular your draw out the mechanisms, and understand the recommendations properly. Ochem isn't a memorization classification, that is strongly in conserving with recommendations of inorganic chemistry (specifically acid/base, and redox, yet with massive molecules).

Study very hard for long hours. When you can explain it all to someone else then you'll know you understand it!
