I think a six figure salary is not out of the question. Dont think that competing with 50 year olds is a downfall because they feel the same aboutt you. They wonder if a company will hire them because they have less time to spend with the company (closer to retirement age) A company will want to invest in a younger person because they will probably feel that they can get more time from them in the long run. However older folks are thought to be more reliable, stable workers- not always true.
Although you are young it sounds as if you have invested alot into yourself and are highly qualified. Don't let your youth be a negative aspect. Use it as way to sell yourself. You will have brighter ideas, better health, room to grow, etc.....
Your multilingual talent is also a big big plus in today's diverse world. Demand what you are worth and dont sell yourself short.

It sounds like you have had a lot of sucess so far, but i would be wary of going for 7 figure salaries right now. You know that the business will probably do very well, which means that there are lots of opportunities to hit up the bosses for more money and power in the near future. age might be a stupid barrier, but it is still a barrier to be considered and be accommidated for. no matter what, you will do well. so start with a reasonable amount, prove yourself, and then excel foward. And dont forget, you are only 25, so there is lots of time to get everything you want

Head hunters are the same as all of us. some do very good and some do not. I would look for one though. You first have to prove to the company that you are worth what you would like to have. You may have to start at much lower money but also can have performance upgrades written in the contract. If you do well then you get paid well. If you do not then you most likely will be looking for another job. I have used the performance clause and it does work. If you know your job and can make money for the company they will pay you.Remember you do have to make money for the company or they have no need of you.

I'd say you should get an emplyment agent working for you. Get your portfolio looking good, all of your achievements looking good. Also, maybe you should try and work your way up a bit, 6 months in each job climbing 5k a time, you should get where you want pretty quickly.
Age shouldnt matter... if you were 50 you would be saying, "how can i compete with a 25 year old".... stop doubting yourself and go for it! And well done for getting so far so soon! You sound like a high flyer!

Seven figures, you may need a PHD and own the company to get that kind of salary. Six is possible. In my experience money is a harsh motivator, find a job you like and make the best of it, you won't end up with a heart attack!

Online schools are not that accredited so it will look somewhat ok on your resume but not enough to justify 6 or 7 salary figure. Plus you have been exposed in European way of business but no experience in US. So it will be definitely hard to get any us company to pay you such money at this point.

The salary/remuneration for a particular job is the market value for a particular profession and designation at the city/town where the office is located. Job postings at websites like Monster, Yahoo HotJobs and Careerbuilder carry information about salaries. The Govt Dept of Labor, (www.bls.gov) Bureau of statistics has information about median salaries for different professions and details of additional compensation offered. Other online resources are salary.com and payscale. Your salary will also depend on your educational qualification and how you handle your career. Id say you are worth between 250-500K a year. Although you are young some companies want that. Your credentials are hard to look past. I would just test the market. Look on Monster, and give your resume to job agents. Test but you dont have to take a job until the salary matches your expectations.

6 figures maybe, seven-NOWAY! But it sounds like you are VERY marketable.I would think you'd do well in the states! Young is not necessarily a bad thing, look at it this way. You will be able to dedicate your whoel carreer to whatever company you sign on with! They are investing in their future and yours as well!

Get a head hunter, who can tell you what to expect in the way of a salary and can find the right job for you.
