Hi,Iam a Computer science engineer.I worked for Reliance Industries for 1 year.Now I have got MBA.I have to take two specializations from the areas of MARKETING,FINANCE,SYSTEMS, OPERATIONS AND HR??which two are best among these for jobs overseas.I dont like accounting.
pls provide me with some solutions.

Finance & marketing simply because they are the most demanded disciplines, the pay is better and jobs are easier to find.

Hi..
I would advice you to take System Operations and HR. As u mentioned you are a computer engineer so definately first choice should be System Operations.Secondly every organisation has to manage people and HR is a subject which takes into account many executive positions within the company.Today HR has spread its presence in every department within the organisation. Whether it be India or any other country, management of people is required everywhere and understanding about the workforce and its functionality is a Global concept.

If you are taking an MBA in HR as one of the specialization. Then the best option is to take up Marketing as the other specialization. All the other combinations aren't as good as marketing + HR.

i think you have to choose marketing because there are many open way of promotion in this line. In this line you don't need to work in room. You have a big area and you can improve yourself by job in this line. This is my personal view. Choose that line in which you have most interest because it is long time decision. May you got success in your life

I think u should choose between Systems or HR..Being a computers person basically u'll have a good scope in systems...

MBA IN HR IS MEANINGLESS
MBA IN FINANCE IS THE BEST AS YOU HAVE OPPORTUNITIES AS EQUITY RESEARCH ANALYSIST AND THIS SECTOR HAS UNBELIVALE AND STRONG GROWTH
