how do u teach someone how to sing? I have tone deaf students and i find it really hard to teach them to sing IN TUNE even when i help them by playing the piano with them to guide them.

You can't teach someone to sing - hello. Its a gift you are born with you - if you really are a teacher - you should know this or you shouldnt be one.

I found a website that says they can teach deaf students and tone deaf students. You might want to look atwww.vocalfocus.com and see if you find any help there. good luck

well, get them to listen to each not on piano, press one key and tell them to sing the note along with the piano, to match the tone. That's how I was trained in university, I was a music major. Get them to sing as they play the piano, tell them either they're too high or too low.

If they have never heard a sound, it's really hard to teach them.

Practice vowels and do voice exercises. Talk them through the songs.
