Quite hard really. Many people like the net because it gives a sense of anonymity.
They can write and say things behind a cloak, by using a pseudonyms, which they can't do directly in real life.
So to get the person's name, you must first develop a relationship with him, picking up some hints about his identity.
Another method is to type the nickname he uses, in all search engines and to see, where traces of him can be found.
By slowly piecing each piece together, you might be able to learn the type of person he is. (by studying which sites, his name is prominent, eg; if his nickname is regularly seen in a gay forum, you can assume he's gay)
But the easiest way and probably the most risky one, is by hacking.
If the person you seek, has been slandering you or doing something bad, lodging a report with the relevant authorities, his net usage, will eventually lead back to him.

download the site, convert to doc files, burn on a CD and then you can open it in your computer (if you don't want to have some actX files on your comp. do it like this°)
