I am in a place that has really hard water and is causing my hair to have a lot of split ends and over dry. I am really looking for something that I also can leave in too.

What you need to do is a deep conditioning. Aussie has a great one. Watch the heat treatments too they will dry the hair and split the ends.

Without buying a nexus product, I think "phyique" is really helpful for curly hair. It can be found at most local grocery stores and runs about 6-7 dollars for the conditioner. Good stuff!
