What? You think you're going to get with in 20 feet of Schwarzenegger? You think any letter sent is not going to be first read by a flunky?
The man gets hundreds of e-mails and letters a day. He can't read all of them. Some of them are from people who are not so nice. This is a fact of life here.
Do you mean you are from the same part of Austria he is? A letter written in German might be different enough to stand out. N.B. almost none of his aids (flunkies) will read German so you'd better put in an English translation.
