Yeah I know that's hard to do. It's an ugly car! Not bad itself, just an ugly shape all together! The paint isn't bad on it just needs wax. I just got it. It's a 4 door seafoam green. Just give me some hints for some minor things that will help it look better until I can afford the more dramatic things. Or maybe even links to pics of other Corsicas that have been made over.

don't. Ontario Ashley said it too. There's no such thing as a good looking 4-door...they're un-pimp-able. Think about it like this...

You go ahead and put rims on the car...now you have a beater with rims worth more than the car, and honestly, that's straight embarrassing. Then, maybe you go ahead and put some engine mods in there...the engine is now 14 years old, so all of this new air/fuel/power will tire it out real quick and the engine will surely die on you...a new engine for that car with installation will probably run about $3-5000.

A personal favorite is the spoiler/wing. First of all, if you insist on putting one on there, AT LEAST make sure that your car is a rear wheel drive and not front wheel (I think it may be FW). A spoiler in the back of a front wheel drive car is a sure sign that the person behind the wheel is...well, an idiot. It's ugly, and has lost all of it's function in those cases...besides, the downforce on a spoiler that's used correctly really doesn't make a difference until over 140mph. I will pimp your car for you if that thing will do 140.

You said it yourself...it just needs wax. Try some rubbing compound first though. I'm sure that the car's paint has faded a bit, and rubbing compound will take that fade away, and a coat of wax will protect and show of that shine. It takes some elbow grease and time, but it's always worth it.

Find the original hubs, clean them up and replace them. I know it sounds lame, but trust me, it beats the **** out of $40 chrome hubcaps bought at Pep Boys.

Clean up the interior, and if it's necessary, maybe even reupholster the car. It'll be a heck of a lot easier than trying to find rims, body kits and spoilers that will fit the car and a hella lot less expensive.

Get under the hood, and leave the engine alone. Get her a tune-up and nothing more. Take some amoral wipes to all of the black plastic and rubber, and it'll shine like new.

If you're sure to keep the engine in check and change the oil regularly, the car should last you at least another 50,000 miles if not more. In 2-3 years, if you haven't bought something new by then, you'll have a clean car that runs well that you can sell to a lot more people and get more money for than if you were to try and sell a beater with an exhaust tip and a spolier...you know what I mean?

Just clean her up and save your money...when you have more loot, go buy something that's more "pimp-able" and spend the money smarter. Good luck with the new ride.

Don't! Just accept the fact that you have an old perhaps ugly car and save your money for a new one. Old crummy cars that are "pimped out" look lame.
